Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24hrs prior to your appointment via phone call, email or text message. >Please include your name and phone number (the one used when booking) in your cancellation message if you send an email, text message and/or leave a voicemail. > All deposits will be refunded in full as long as the cancellation is made 24hrs prior to your scheduled service. Please note it will take up to 5 business days to receive your deposit refunded. > Appointment deposits are 100% non-refundable if appointment cancellation is made on the day of your scheduled appointment. > If you would like to reschedule your appointment changes must be made 6hrs prior to your appointment. This allows our team to update our availability to reflect this change. Please note that deposits will be transferred to the rescheduled date. Deposit refunds will not be given for rescheduled appointments instead they will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
