Reshaè is a doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner whose clinical background spans emergency medicine, infertility care, and home health. That range shapes how she practices. Emergency medicine taught her to assess quickly and communicate plainly. Infertility care taught her how much rests on being believed the first time someone describes what they are feeling.
She founded Area Hydration & Aesthetics to build the practice she would send her own family to: clinically rigorous, genuinely welcoming, and honest about what treatment can and cannot do. Grounded in faith and purpose, and committed to excellence and representation in a field where both are too often missing, she has built a space where clients feel seen, supported, and confident in their care.
Reshaè performs injectable, laser, and wellness treatments across the practice, and consultations with her are unhurried by design.
Zjarvré Crawford brings a background in operations, compliance, and regulatory licensing to Area Hydration & Aesthetics, ensuring the practice runs with the same precision and integrity behind the scenes as the care delivered in every treatment room. With experience managing licensing documentation, internal audits, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, Zjarvré built the systems that keep the practice organized, audit-ready, and operating at the highest standard.
Before joining AHA, Zjarvré held roles spanning program leadership, government contracts, and executive support — developing a sharp eye for structure, accountability, and process improvement along the way. That foundation now shows up in how AHA operates day to day: from scheduling and documentation to internal policy and workflow design, every system is built to support the clinical team so they can focus fully on client care.Zjarvré holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California Baptist University and approaches operations with the same discipline once applied to regulatory compliance work — structured, thorough, and always with the bigger picture in mind.
