Refund, No-Show, and Cancellation Policy

Appointment Deposits

A $50 deposit is required for all services at the time of booking.
Deposits are applied toward the cost of your scheduled treatment.

Cancellations

To avoid fees, all appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in loss of deposit and/or additional fees.

No-Shows / Missed Appointments

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged a $75 no-show fee.
This fee is separate from your deposit and must be paid before booking future appointments.

Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments if the cancellation policy is followed.
Services that have been rendered cannot be refunded.
Refunds for any other circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Area Hydration & Aesthetics.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to apply your deposit to a new appointment.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Additional Notes

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
By booking an appointment, you agree to abide by this policy.
